Perfect spot for 2 to overnight while exploring Quebec City on foot
Convenient location, parked on sight (tight lot, but staff helped squeeze us in.) Ealked everywhere from hotel. Room was tiny but met our needs. Clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. No carpet.

Good base for visiting Quebec City
Spacious apartment with two rooms serving as bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. A small sitting area with a mini-fridge enhanced one of the rooms. The bathroom was clean and quite adequate. The residence is located on Grande Allée Est, one of the city's main tourist streets (lots of restaurants - not necessarily the best), and you are steps away from the center and right next to the Plains of Abraham.

- • The apartment was on the ground floor of the residence, and the view overlooked the parking lot at the back. Well after we didn't stay in the apartment so it wasn't necessarily annoying. And then the main door was doubled which muffled the noise.

- • Cleanliness, lack of space to be comfortable like having a chair to sit in the room and having a counter or a place for things in the bathroom.
Disgusting. We will not return and will not recommend.

- • Sagging mattress, poor cleanliness. There were chip residues on the table when we arrived. Only a small straight chair, no armchair. Dirt on the walls and doors. Big black stains. Additionally, upon our arrival, we were greeted by an Asian person in sloppy clothing, torn shirt, all dirty. We do not expect this in an establishment on Grande Allée in Quebec.
