The fact that the place was cleaned daily, safe, well-located, affordable, had a relatively comfortable bed, and DSTV channels.

- • The kitchen and bathroom are really small, the wooden floors in front of the bedroom are broken and sinking, the kitchen has only 1 glass, the cups are of different sizes, the front door got us stuck in for hours at a time because it wouldn't open many times, the couch is very uncomfortable, the stove is in the hallway and it is really old and rusted (we didn't want to take a chance to switch it on, and we had to pay for using towels. There was a water spill over from the roof into the gutter on the last night and after speaking to the host telephonically, it still continued until hours later. The whole night the pump within the back part of the building was making so much noise that we could not sleep. As for the front door, the key does not open the door smoothly as it does not turn 99% of the time. I have also informed the host, but it was ignored and we couldn't exit the building at all for hours. What is even worse, we needed to go to the airport at 6 am on the last morning and had to struggle for more than an hour to get out. This nearly made us miss our flight! So, listening to what emergencies tenants report, would be a good idea..

- • The curtains were so transparent that I could see my car outside, but I was worried if people outside may be able to see me, so little light curtains but with no or less transparent.
