- • In the room with a private pool, the staff entered several times freely without warning by passing through the pool
It was excellent, the staff was friendly at the bar and pool. Albina was lovely! We enjoyed very much :))

- • The park is wonderful, but there are supposedly suitable facilities from 120 and my son is 115, and it simply ruined our day. The slides in the middle with the snake floor... (not extreme) really suited him, not scary at all, completely suitable for his size, he just missed 5 cm... and the staff just didn't move a millimeter even though I, as a accompanying parent, explained that he is not going up alone! In other parks, they measure height according to the facility, and here they just gave a general instruction of 120 and that's it. A second to think and make adjustments will save the children who waited so long for the water park a lot of distress

We enjoyed the food, the service surprised us, the kids loved the ice creams and the water park, especially the service of Nur and Hussain from the reception
