- • I have stayed here before, and the experience was good, so I chose to stay again. However, this time I was a bit disappointed. I stayed in room 1011, and when I got off the elevator, the whole floor smelled of smoke. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when I entered the room. I suspect it was from the shower curtain. Moreover, there was no standing shower area in the bathroom, so we had to stand in the bathtub to shower, which was very slippery. My husband almost slipped inside, so this stay was a bit disappointing.

- • Regarding the access card, can it be changed? Otherwise, it is inconvenient for entry and exit. There is only one key, while most hotels provide 2 access cards regardless of the number of guests. Thank you~
