Turquoise is a hotel with excellent value for money, as it delivers comfort and style. Lots of nature, 3 pools, and a beautiful host, the friendly cat Chona! We stayed in a room further back, ideal for escaping the sounds from the street. The breakfast is simple but very efficient, meeting our taste perfectly. Helpful staff and an excellent location, close to many bars and restaurants.

Mega sweet staff and rooms look neat/tidy. Additionally, it is located on a nice street with restaurants.

- • The breakfast is nothing special. However, you only need to ask the staff for things like eggs that you then have to cook yourself or fruit, and they will arrange it.

I loved it, I had a beautiful time.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have a terrace. I loved that the hotel has three pools, offering various options to relax and enjoy during the stay.

I recently spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Here is why I highly recommend it: - Perfect Location: It’s situated on one of the best streets in La Veleta. It feels authentic and safe, and it’s only a 20-minute walk from the ADO bus station, which made my arrival and departure so easy. - Human Scale & Atmosphere: Unlike the massive resorts, this place has a "human scale" that makes you feel immediately at ease. It’s cozy, charming, and peaceful. - The Best Staff: A huge thank you to the team! They are honestly the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve met. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. - Home Away From Home: A special mention for the open kitchen. Being able to use it freely made me feel right at home. It’s well-equipped and perfect if you want to whip up a quick meal or enjoy a coffee in a relaxed setting. If you’re looking for a personal touch and a great location in Tulum, don’t hesitate to book here!
