Staff tried to rip me off for my pet. I read the T&C online and i was well aware of the price!

Location perfect access to river walk and town. Traffic on highway wasn’t as loud as expected. Felt secure Very clean Great coffee cart just outside the Motel

- • Staff were less than helpful. handed us room keys but wouldn't show us where the room was. The room door wouldn't lock, so phoned reception for assistance, next thing we had someone one on the outside tampering with the door - a bit scary when traveling with kids. He said it worked when clearly it didn't. He said "what do want me to do?" we asked for a new room, he threw a new set of keys at us and left. The other room, was disgusting and obviously hadn't been clean, crumbs in the kitchen and black mold in the bathroom. Hardly a safe place to stay

- • Got our key went to room they had a big machine and bucket of chemicals in it so they moved us to another room. The shower in this room leaked and flooded out the bathroom into the kitchen, so we had to shower in the sauna room. Didn't like that the hand basin was in kitchen.
