We spent one night at the hotel without breakfast. Although the staff does not speak English, they were very accommodating, even recommended a tour to the floating market. The room is new and clean.

The room looks cute, with a balcony and a large window to make the room airy and bright. In the room, there is a table and a makeup mirror. The bathroom amenities are very luxurious, including cotton swabs; the shampoo and shower gel are also very smooth. There is an elevator.

- • The room is too small, so the air conditioner blows directly onto the person when lying down, which can make the throat and nose dry. The male staff at the reception desk is not very friendly. The staff's response to me on Booking.com is like a robot, not human. I asked in Vietnamese, but they kept copying and pasting English template responses. I had to call the landline to contact the reception. The female receptionist only picked up on my second call, saying she was busy in the kitchen earlier. I find the hotel unprofessional for not having someone answering the phone 24/7. The male receptionist during my stay was just okay, not entirely welcoming.
