Top stay! The value for money is more than excellent!
We stayed 6 days at Tue Tam Garden Villa. It was very clean, the beds were made every day, the location is great! Everything is done by bike! The owner is very nice. We are delighted 😀

Great room, big shower; very clean. No noise at night. Late-night taxi booking for the next day and upon our return from Cham Island: exceptional! Very pleasant pool. Laundry service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was lovely, hosts were amazing, and the pool was super. Short walk or bike (they have free ones) from the old town. Definitely recommend

Highly recommended
It is a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed place. The owners are not servile, they are professional and honestly attend to guests. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious with a balcony. It is worth hiring transportation services from them and buying water or doing laundry with them. They offer prices comparable or better than Grab. They also provide good recommendations: we told them we wanted to go to My Son and that maybe 8:30 was a good time. My (I think that's how it's spelled, sorry if not) insisted on leaving much earlier to avoid crowds and heat, and it was great advice; we did most of the tour alone and with perfect light. We haven't tried the tours because we like to go on our own. For us, it has been the best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam, so we can only recommend it. Thank you both very much

The highlight of the holidays
Warm and attentive owners welcome you to a well-located establishment on a quiet street. Impeccable room cleanliness, top-notch room soundproofing (a first in Asia for us 😅), a pool welcome after walks in the heat. Excellent breakfast. Bikes available. The highlight of this one-month trip to Vietnam.

The hotel is very well located to visit the old town on foot. It is in a very authentic neighborhood that allows you to see local life. The pool is very nice to cool off after visits. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the managers are always available!

Great stay in Hoi An
The owners are very welcoming. They pay great attention to the needs of the guests and have many services available. Breakfast, free bikes to take, pool, laundry facilities, daily cleaning service. Also, the owners are always available.

Comfortable, clean, and homey choice at a great price for Hoi An
A really lovely homestay, and definitely good value for the price. The hosts are extremely hospitable; they clearly work very hard and seem proud of what they’ve built. The ‘garden’ in the name is apropos - there was a star fruit tree right outside our room and a frangipane over the pool. The rooms are spotless there is daily housekeeping. The beds are very comfortable (a bit on the firm side; but I like that). Excellent water pressure, good air conditioning, even in the summer heat. The pool area is small, but well laid-out. Our kids loved it and they used it every day. The breakfast is extra, but worth what you pay. I liked that it was optional, since some days we were leaving very early and it would have been too much to sit down for a full meal.

- • I admittedly chose the location to be out of the old town because I was told it would be quiet, and it was! But in the heat, by the time you walk the 15-20 mins to the old town, you are very hot. We should have probably taken grabs more often (around 33k one way for a car). We booked one excursion and a couple of rides through the hosts. The prices were comparable, but technically a bit more than we could have arranged on our own (10-15%). I know it’s easy commissions for them, so I didn’t mind, but other people might feel pressure. We did try to use their rec for a tailor (very central and well-reviewed) but they didn’t have the fabric we needed for our projects.
