Great for those looking for a relaxing trip
The structure is well maintained, in the evening it is wonderful, beautiful, excellent resort for couples seeking guaranteed relaxation, staff always present but never intrusive

- • The food... not because the quantity or quality was poor, but because it was a monotonous presentation, there was no variety, monotonous and in some aspects excessively spicy

- • The beach is very beautiful but shallow, which is a shame for snorkeling. The meals are repetitive even though the quality is there. The floor of the room was not cleaned, which is a shame because there was always sand residue

Beautiful and quiet resort (Adults Only section)
I stayed in room 2311, with direct access to the semi-private pool: if you choose this type, I recommend requesting this room (if available). It is lateral, very spacious, and allows easy access to the bar by the poolside. An ideal solution to enjoy the cool without having to stay all day on the beach. The excursion to Marsa Mubarak, booked with Eliy (70 €), was unforgettable: dolphins, turtles, and even the dugong. At the reception, you can ask directly for him. For cocktail lovers, I suggest the seaside bar with white tents on the ceiling: they prepare them really well here. About a 15-minute walk, always to the left facing the sea, you will also find Marsa Nakari - Red Sea Diving Safari: a small hut where you can access the coral reef excellently and comfortably. The entrance costs 11 €, but it's worth every penny. You can bring a towel and stop by after the visit: showers and a bar are available (for a fee)

- • On the dining front, there would be room for improvement: the choice is limited and many dishes are repeated identically on various days. Also, the check-in was not handled in the best way: some fundamental information for the stay was not explained to us, and we had to find out on our own. For those staying in the Adults Only area, it is good to know that everything is included, but with an important rule: 4 vouchers are provided to access the 4 a la carte restaurants of the resort (in addition to the Main Restaurant). The vouchers cover 4 dinners; if you wish to return to the same restaurants, additional evenings are charged. During these dinners, extra menu items are also offered for a fee, but it's not worth it: the included menus are already very rich. This point should be clearly explained at check-in, so I recommend asking for information immediately. More attention should also be paid to cocktails: in some bars, they are prepared too hastily (juice poured from the bottle and vodka added at the end), a level not in line with the quality of the resort. Some bartenders are more attentive, others decidedly less. Coral Reef Reaching the coral reef in front of the resort is possible but challenging: you have to walk a bit and can only access it in the morning because in the afternoon, the low tide exposes the corals and there is a risk of damaging them. With strong wind, it becomes impossible to visit. The part before the reef, however, still offers a beautiful underwater view. An unpleasant episode concerns a Diving staff member (around 45 years old), with whom we had an unpleasant conversation on the beach. I understand the need to propose activities, as Eliy did impeccably - to whom we turned with great satisfaction - but it is not acceptable for it to turn into personal, insistent, and irrelevant discussions without mentioning the resort's services
