- • One of the staff members was rude and actually threatened me with physical violence when I asked to open a balcony door I am going to take further action It was unbelievable a person like him is in such a job- He came very close to striking me in the face If I was in the United States( my country) I would have filed a police report Only one shower worked of two- nodrainage- roaches

Best deal in Oaxaca
The 10-bed dorm is spacious, has a sitting area, has access to the patio. The kitchen and 2 toilets/showers for the 10-bed dorm are bigger and nicer than those for the 8-bed dorm. It's quieter and cheaper than hostels in the center.

- • It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Not bad, really. Ladders on bunk-beds are not good.
Very attentive owner and housekeeping, clean, common kitchen, nice covered space for bike parking and motos (no cars). Lovely outdoor area in shade or not, place to dry clothes.
