Spacious well-equipped apartment with fantastic view
We were in Trillevallen for Fjällmaraton, and I had booked an apartment for 6 people. The view from the apartment was magnificent. The apartment was spacious, and if we had wanted to use the kitchen, it was fully equipped. The apartments are located right next to the ski lift system, it's ski-in - and in our case right next to the starting point for the short distance at Fjällmaraton. It was easy to rent bed linen.

- • Check-in at Högfjällshotellet was a bit tired, but everything turned out fine. The apartment was somewhat noisy, we had considerate neighbors, but their everyday activities were clearly audible.
Easter skiing in Trillevallen is a must, wonderful as usual. Nice tracks, excellent food.

Well worth to visit - good food - easy access to skiing - nice sauna!

- • The restaurant had a hard time managing to serve hot food for dinner. It was lukewarm.
Super, can only say wow, wow!
We had a holiday apartment, everything you need was available! Furniture is well-maintained, rooms are freshly renovated, the bathroom + sauna all new! Kitchen all new! Everything was great! We were there in winter. We did not freeze in rooms at 21 degrees! Super!

- • We did not find the trash can outside, but there was a large trash container further away!
It is a cozy and family-friendly hotel. Good common areas to hang out in. Good with rooms for ski storage. Positive that the hotel helps with transportation to the slope when the transport lift stops running at 11 in the morning.

- • Poor communication between the hotel and the restaurant. We had several incidents regarding dinner time and the special diet I had informed about long before arrival. The feeling is that the hotel answers questions and promises to arrange things that the restaurant staff does not. The first evening we had to wait over an hour for the starter and when the food arrived, it was not vegetarian despite several reminders. Overall feeling that the restaurant staff was a bit absent-minded and stressed. We had not received information to book a dinner time before arrival and when we arrived, only late times were available. Unfortunate when dinner is expensive and there are no other options than the hotel restaurant.
