- • unhelpful staff. They delivered the room with more than two hours of delay and charged me 30 € to extend the check out by three hours. Old, small rooms, the only positive aspect is the sea view from the balcony. But the ultimate negative was reached when they threw away a bag full of gifts from the luggage storage, left there for half a day. Unbelievable!

- • Poorly insulated wall. 3 nights without sleeping due to young people partying all night
Beautiful View
Paid an extra 70 euros for a sea view, it was worth it, beautiful view of the bay. Nice area, taxi rank and bus stop not far away at all, great visits to Palma by bus, lovely city.

- • Lots of young people making as much noise as possible from 11 pm to about 2 am... if one group moved out, another moved in, slept with earplugs in.
It was quite good, to be improved

- • the room needs renovation: damaged floor tiles, broken hook on a window, rusty, creaky bathroom faucet, limescale on the showerhead, broken safe in the room. A clothesline was missing (for towels, swimsuits), room cleaning was done too late, at noon or later, no fitness room despite the signage in the hotel, the entertainment offered was of average quality.
