beautiful apartment, topped off by wonderful staff
great, central location in zona romantica. the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. the pool was really nice, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop. the spaciousness of the room exceed expectations. overall an amazing experience, we truly loved this property.

- • the shower door was difficult to open and close, and leaked water at the bottom. the room ac unit broke towards the end of our stay.
The location in the Zona Romántica was ideal for our needs. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. Thank you and we would gladly come back anytime.

- • Disastrous Lodging. They rescheduled our flight and upon arriving at 2 a.m at their location, we found ourselves in an extremely dangerous area. They did not allow us to stay a couple of hours in a reception room until dawn to be safe; they practically threw us out on the street with all our luggage if we didn't pay them 2500 MXN. Immediately locals helped us and we found a safe place to stay. Administratively it's a disaster and the abandonment of the tourist leaves much to be desired. Booking managed the cancellation luckily. Not recommended at all. Be very careful with places like this that show a reality that is not in the images.
Amazing place to stay
The owner was friendly and so nice. Easiest check-in ever. Everything was ready when I arrived. I asked for an early check-in and they accommodated me. It was just perfect from the beginning to the end
