- • Disastrous Lodging. Our flight was moved up and upon arriving at its location at 2 a.m, we found ourselves in an extremely dangerous area. They did not allow us to stay a couple of hours in a reception area until daylight for safety; they practically threw us out on the street with all our luggage if we did not pay them 2500 MXN. Immediately, locals helped us and we found a safe place to stay. Administratively, it's a disaster and the abandonment of tourists leaves much to be desired. Booking managed the cancellation luckily. Not recommended at all. Be very careful with places like this that show a reality that is not in the images.
Amazing place to stay
The owner was friendly and so nice. Easiest check in ever. Everything was ready when I arrived. I asked for an early check in and they accommodated me. It was just perfect from the beginning to the end

We recently spent 7 wonderful days at Tres Marías Luxury Suites, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. Our suite was comfortable and well-appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. It was the perfect place to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The location was ideal for us. Since we enjoy staying out late, all of our favorite clubs, bars, and karaoke spots were within a block of the property. The beach was also just a short and pleasant walk away. We honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire Tres Marías team for making our vacation so memorable!
