Everything was perfect. The lady at the reception Juliet is the most helpful and friendly receptionist in HK. The facilities are great. The place is easy to find inside Chungking Mansions. Just take the first elevator to the 16th floor. The beds are very comfortable. Room with AC, fan, silent place. Reception available 24/7

Check-in at midnight as long as you explain in advance, the 24-hour front desk staff will wait for you to arrive. Take the even-numbered elevator from Block A to go upstairs.
The front desk staff is very friendly, clean and tidy, with a water dispenser. The hot water is very hot

Great location, walking distance to many places, the riverside and night markets. The entrance is a bit tricky and the reception area does not look very nice, but the people working there were very welcoming and upgraded our room. It will be fine for a shorter stay but do not expect a fancy place.
