- • Unfortunately, this time I noticed that the cleanliness has declined somewhat. For example, I found hair in the supposedly fresh bed sheets. What I found particularly unpleasant was that even after my quite friendly hint, there was no concrete apology (except in words) or friendly gesture from the hotel. I would have found that more than appropriate. Also, the broken sauna was not clearly communicated, which was a pity.

What a great place. From the looks outside, it’s a hidden gem. Central in the city, very close to a good parking garage (market platz - big parking spaces and it feels safe). We were very lucky to be upgraded to a better room “Loft” - so spacious, comfy bed and with Aircon. Much needed in the current heatwave. The breakfast… you just have to try it. It’s the little thing - such as a barista ready to make your desired coffee. We have never used this hotel brand before, but for sure will on future travels. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Perfect location in front of the Thomas Church. Pleasant and clean room. And big enough to do a yoga workout in it.

Great location, beautiful hotel
Great breakfast with a delicious selection, all fresh. Nice service, fast and competent, Saxon. Great location of the room, bright and appealing. Initial supply of drinks in the rooms included, which is great if you arrive late and don't have to go out again for a drink.
