The Town Season hotel is perfectly located in the middle of downtown Wadi Musa and within a couple of minutes of walking distance to shops, bakeries, and restaurants. It is an excellent base to explore Wadi Musa and Petra. The hotel looks beautiful, well-maintained, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied and was served on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the town and Petra. The free shuttle for dropping off and picking up from Petra was super convenient! Special thanks to Mr. Ali for providing this service. We were very happy to stay at this hotel and would highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The place is very beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff are very, very friendly, and the service is excellent. Honestly, the best hotel ever

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. When we had a small issue with our car before leaving, they immediately tried to assist us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is also perfect, right in the center. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel!

Town Season Hotel exceeded all our expectations and was one of the highlights of our visit to Petra. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and local tips. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Petra's Visitor Centre, with restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day before exploring Petra. If you're looking for outstanding service, spotless accommodation, and excellent value for money, I highly recommend Town Season Hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Lovely small family-run hotel, they were like family and treated us well. Great location, 5-10 mins walk from Petra. Nice breakfast, and they also provided us with a huge breakfast on the day we left early to go to Petra. Recommended a great restaurant which was within walking distance Sajiaat AlJanoob restaurant, amazing Maqlouba and chicken curry

Exceptional Hospitality and Great Value!

My stay was one of the highlights of my trip to Petra. Despite arriving late without a reservation, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, comfortable, and excellent value for money. A special thank you to Shams and his colleague for their kindness, helpful advice, and outstanding hospitality. The complimentary refreshments in the lobby were a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra and would gladly stay here again.

True hospitality.

Great location. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds with good linens. Good shower and bathroom. Modern touches like wifi and electronic room keys. Breakfast was extensive, too much to eat and huge variety. Friendly staff. Ali, the manager, was incredibly helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations and helping us get our flat tire repaired. Truly wonderful hospitality and an excellent property.
