The accommodation is located in a completely quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is truly huge. Free parking. The spa is a pleasant walk on a beautiful road, about 25 minutes away. The air conditioning system is perfect! The fridge is huge, with a freezer and ice maker. I absolutely recommend it!

The apartment is easily accessible. It is close to the city center, the Nagyerdei beach, and attractions. It is located in one of the most frequented parts of the city. The apartment is exceptionally spacious. Comfortable bedroom equipped with a wardrobe and a soundproof window with proper blackout. The corner bathtub in the bathroom is huge. The living room furniture is also comfortable and clean. Air-conditioned. Communication with the host is very good. I received precise instructions for everything. I can recommend it for a multi-day stay.

- • The stairs leading to the apartment are somewhat hazardous because the flooring is damaged in several places, moves, and crumbles. The cleaning could be more thorough, as dust has accumulated behind the bed in the bedroom. There are 2 bedside lamps in the bedroom, but only one can be used because the other does not have a socket installed. The electric cable is not covered next to the socket on the right side of the bed. Therefore, I did not dare to use the other bedside lamp. The only socket in the hallway next to the toilet does not work, which would be most suitable for ironing. The kitchen utensils are quite good, but the pots are quite worn out. I did not cook in the apartment. I only needed hot water for my morning coffee and evening tea. The heating element in the plastic kettle is very limescale. It cannot be used. I boiled water in a pot for my tea and coffee. Fridge-freezer: Spacious and clean. However, the water dispenser is very neglected and limescale. In hot weather, cold water and ice cubes would be useful, considering such a super fridge is installed. These are just observations. The apartment provides comfort for longer stays.
