Charming and nice rooms and incredibly nice treatment and service by the staff. Very central location but quiet. Excellent in every way when you want to enjoy Siena's old neighborhoods. Also, do not miss the cozy room at the top of the hotel.

- • We had not realized we would be on the top floor, with no lift, we should have requested a room lower down.

We would stay again, the staff & room were perfect 🤩
The staff were so nice and very helpful. The room was compact but well designed, very comfy bed, nice shower, etc. Easy walk to the main square, etc.

- • Luckily they put us on the 1st floor, we would not have liked all the stairs to get to higher rooms - no lift 👎. We parked at the railway station which was a bargain at 4 euros for 2 nights - got a taxi to the hotel from there which was 15 euros ☹️. You could walk it but we had a big case.
