Small, but very clean accommodation in the city center. 3 minutes to the sea and the central pedestrian street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Pleasant host ready to help with any question. Comfortable beds. Had a great time. Recommend it.

- • But please never stay in this hotel. The old manager was very rude. Before we even entered the room, he asked us to strictly check out exactly at 10 am. Although we arrived in Varna at 9 am. Before that, I talked to the owner to allow us to at least put our baggage. The owner agreed. But when we arrived, the owner started making excuses that the manager had to go to an emergency, etc. Also, at the time of checkout, we asked the owner to let us sit in the lawn for 30 minutes. But the old manager didn't allow us to sit even outside for a single minute. He said goodbye very rudely. Not even a stray dog is treated like this. When I complained to the owner about it, she started throwing the blame on us. She said the manager's mood was bad because we made a mess in the room, although he was rude before entering our room. It was disrespectful and rude staff. I would never prefer to stay there. Please find a hotel where you are given respect. Thanks.
The location was really great, I had the 'Sea Garden' 5 minutes walk away and also the zoo and the aquarium were quite close with a walk. The property was clean, tidy, and with essential services, the Wi-Fi works well, the connection with speed test reaches about 20-25mbps, the sheets and duvets were clean, and the towels were clean and fragrant. We did not see the owner of the property except at the time of check-out for the key handover, everything went smoothly anyway.

- • The bathroom was narrow, without a bidet, there is no stove for cooking, but there is a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave oven, for 3 days it's more than fine anyway.
