Chang Mai was great and Lucy made sure we were well taken care of!

Very nice staff and great hospitality. Lucy was very helpful with recommendations for food and anything we liked. The breakfast was served each morning at the time we wanted, and the clothes washing service was extra nice. Thanks to all of you!

The location is great. Lucy, the supervisor, was wonderful.

Huge room space.

The bed is very comfortable, the space is huge, and there is a billiard room, a yoga room, a meeting room, and a small swimming pool.

The location is great: Maya Department Store is a 10-minute walk away, various day trips can be arranged for pick-up, there are nearby white night markets, various small shops, and a 7-Eleven within a 3-minute walk, very convenient. The owner Lucy is super enthusiastic, the house is well-maintained, the floors are dust-free even when walking barefoot, the air conditioning is super cool, the kitchen, living room, and bedroom spaces are all super large, with plenty of space for 13 people and good soundproofing. There are 3 housekeepers in charge of the entire house (they speak some English, and if not, they use translation software for smooth communication). When we go out for activities, they start taking care of the house, changing towels and replenishing toilet paper every day; another male housekeeper is responsible for moving luggage. Tips are handed over to Lucy on the last day, and she will distribute them according to the housekeepers' work content. You can book airport transfers or massages through Lucy, with complimentary breakfast every day (there are ten menu options to choose from), free fruits (you can order any tropical fruit you want, we enjoyed mangosteens and durians), coffee, and toast. The facilities are also very complete: toaster, microwave, induction cooker, dishes, cutlery.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire house was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed—and more. On top of that, there were plenty of extra entertainment facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lucy, who went above and beyond to take care of us. She ensured flexibility with our breakfast options, adjusting the timing and menu to suit each member of our group’s preferences. She also shared plenty of helpful local information, assisted us in arranging transportation, and showed genuine care when one of our group members wasn’t feeling well—just like a family member would. Lucy’s thoughtful and attentive care truly made us feel at home and left every one of us deeply touched. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s a perfect stay in every sense of the word!
