- • Among the negative aspects, I highlight the extremely slow internet connection speed, the buffet breakfast with a very limited variety, and, above all, a situation that seemed inappropriate to me: I needed to freeze a wine and at reception they told me that I had to take it down to reception and leave it there and pick it up when I needed it, as there was no staff available to provide the service of picking it up and taking it to the room. In addition, I was informed that the corkage fee would still apply. My annoyance was not about the charge itself, but about the lack of judgment in not offering a practical solution or sending someone who could take care of picking up and delivering the product
