- • They knocked on the door at an inappropriate hour (it was almost 7pm to leave some chocolates), then entered without permission, my brother was resting and in another room they struggled to enter

Excellent location, a three-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were also friendly and polite. The room was very clean

- • The room we were first given was a bit noisy, but then we were moved to another one, the staff was always very attentive

Everything, very attentive staff, I was welcomed with welcome notes in the room, as well as a delicious chocolate dessert... I did not expect it, truly excellent service, in addition to a very comfortable, large and clean room; room service was very quick and very tasty
