- • Small mini tiny trash bin, verity of breakfast selection. Light switches are not centralized. I did not like the wash hand sink. It is very flat, water gets splashed all over. Late night food order is very limited.
What i needed

I had a wonderful stay and truly loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the daily replenishment of healthy minibar snacks was a thoughtful touch. What really sets this property apart, however, are the complimentary daily spa treatments. After a full day of activities, we genuinely looked forward to our treatment each evening—it was the perfect way to relax and unwind . Good breakfast The staff were consistently attentive, polite, and eager to help whenever needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful turndown service, especially the little notes left on the bed informing guests about upcoming workshops and activities. These small touches made the stay feel special and uplifting. The hotel itself was immaculate, and both the beach and pool areas were beautiful and enjoyable.

- • There are a few areas where I believe the hotel could improve and elevate the guest experience even further. First, the service at the beach could be significantly enhanced. While the pool attendants were attentive around the pool area, the beach sunbeds received little to no service. We spent most of our time at the beach and often felt disconnected from the rest of the resort experience. It would be wonderful to introduce QR codes at the beach beds for food and beverage ordering, as well as small luxury touches such as complimentary cold bottled water and refreshing chilled towels throughout the day. These details can make a big difference and are offered by many leading resorts. At checkout, we were informed that orders could be placed through the Ocean Restaurant and delivered to the beach. Unfortunately, this was never communicated to us during our stay, and no staff member approached us to explain the process. Even with that option available, having to walk back and forth to place orders is not particularly convenient when relaxing at the beach. My second point concerns the spa treatments, which are one of the hotel's main selling points. Treatment scheduling seemed somewhat inflexible, and the possibility of missing a daily treatment due to limited availability feels contrary to the concept of the resort. Since the treatments are included as part of the stay, every guest should ideally be accommodated each day. Whether through increased therapist availability, extended operating hours, or even offering certain treatments in-room when the spa is fully booked, I believe the hotel should ensure that guests can enjoy the benefit that has been promised. Missing out simply because available slots do not align with a guest's schedule can be disappointing and diminishes one of the property's most unique and attractive features. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would happily return.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating and has a solution for every problem. The facility is beautiful, very quiet and offers a lot of space, so it is always relaxing and never too crowded. It is very clean and the hotel takes care of the surrounding nature, which we appreciate.

- • The selection of food is good but limited, unfortunately, there is no all-inclusive offer that we would have liked, so that you really don't have to worry. Our bed was very hard!
