- • The photos do not correspond to reality. At the moment, BIG construction works on the pool side with holes over a meter wide and deep, and you are told that you can use the pool, which is cloudy, not to mention that half of the pool is covered at its edge less than 10 cm from the pool with tools all day long.... The image of the boat-shaped building corresponds to an establishment next to the hotel, which is a restaurant that welcomes the public (hotel guests and non-guests) but is not part of the hotel. Renting an electric scooter with very limited range. We had to return by 2:00 PM after leaving at 10:00 AM because of low battery...

- • The room is extremely smelly, damp, the sink is dirty, the door lock is broken. When reported to the receptionist, they said the door cannot be opened from the outside, that's how it is, but we can still change the room for you. OK, we'll change it for you, to a room where the sink has never been cleaned. With a price of over 900k/night, this is the worst experience.
Very disappointing for the pool and the noise.

- • There are works around the pool that neither the establishment nor booking.com informed us about! The pool water is not inviting for swimming. Very noisy from 6 AM because the entrance door is not soundproof and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor, waking us up very unpleasantly.
Nice experience in Soc Trang.

- • Very ordinary breakfast, no options for a Westerner, and served outside the hotel in a large neighboring restaurant equipped with attractions and games for children. The hotel pool is not private, very crowded all day by external families.
