Due to the poor condition of the hotel and disappointing service, I decided to check out asap.
Worst hotel I have ever been in. The customer service was nonexistent from the moment we arrived. I was travelling alone with two small children, and there was no assistance offered with our luggage.

- • We also weren’t given any directions to our room or information about where breakfast was served. The pool area was under construction, with large potholes surrounding it, making it extremely unsafe for young children. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised. To make matters worse, the following morning the entire pool was drained without any communication to guests, and there were no pool towels available.

- • The photos do not correspond to reality. At the moment, MAJOR construction work on the pool side with holes over a meter wide and deep, and they tell you that you can use the pool, which is cloudy, not to mention that half of the pool is covered at its edge less than 10 cm from the pool with tools all day long.... The image of the boat-shaped building corresponds to an establishment next to the hotel, which is a restaurant that welcomes the public (hotel and non-hotel guests) but is not the hotel at all. Renting an electric scooter with very limited autonomy. We had to return at 10:00 in the morning to 14:00 because of no autonomy...

- • The room is extremely smelly, damp, dirty sink, broken latch on the door. When reporting to the receptionist, they said the door cannot be opened from the outside, that's how the door is, but we still support changing the room for you. OK, I'll change it for you, changing to a room with an undusted sink. With a price of over 900k/night, this is the worst experience.

- • There are works around the pool that neither the establishment nor booking.com informed us about! The pool water does not invite you to swim. Very noisy from 6 am because the entrance door is not soundproof and someone was talking on the phone in the hallway that woke us up very unpleasantly.
Nice experience in Soc Trang.
Breakfast is delicious. Room is comfortable and clean.
