Strategic location, wonderful hotel, highly recommended!
Everything! Very spacious, clean room with a spectacular view right in front of the Yokohama Bay Ferris wheel. The staff took care of shipping my luggage to the next hotel and were very kind and friendly. A bus (limousine bus) goes directly to Yokohama, the city air terminal, and shortly after to two hotels, including this one in about 1h20 min, very convenient after a long trip. 50 meters from the hotel there is a shopping center and the Minatomirai subway stop, with many places to eat or have breakfast. Highly recommended property!

The location, cleanliness, and the friendly staff were excellent!
It's nice to be directly connected to the station and not get wet in the rain. It's also nice to be able to check in and out at the club floor lounge.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. The hotel’s location for shopping, transit and proximity to the cruise ship terminal was excellent.
