Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.I was expecting much better facilities .

- • The phone line did not work. The staff was aware of this.I have mobility problems and was constantly worried in case I had a fall and was unable to contact the reception. Breakfast choice was extremely limited.One day the choice was egg or egg and I'm allergic to eggs. There were 2 bananas one morning and no other fruits. The server actually found 2 oranges and gave them to me.

Terrific hotel, clean and spacious accommodations, and excellent staff.
The room was very spacious. We didn't feel "cramped" in any way. The lighting was also arranged very nicely. In other words, turning on the desk light while I worked on my laptop did not "flood" the room with lighting so that my wife could not sleep.

- • The box of tissues in the bathroom was more than three-quarters of the way gone. At least, if a new "spare" box had been available, that wouldn't have been so bad. And if this is my only negative comment, I think the Wilshire did well!
Very Good and good value.
The only complaint was that the photo of the room was a king and room was a double. Photo does not match reality.

It was clean and comfortable. All the staff with which I interacted were very pleasant and accommodating. I liked the neighborhood in which was located and the fact it was very close to a number of restaurants and department stores such as Target. And quiet. Even though there was a wedding going on when I arrived Friday evening, I was not Disturbed at All by it

- • I had some difficulties with the card keys to the room, and apparently I wasn't the only one so I'm not sure what happens with them. It took multiple tries to get it to finally click and open mess I wish satisfied I will once I turn them all on
