- • Complication in figuring out how to turn on the bedside lamps. Everything from neighboring rooms could be heard. Considering the price of the rooms, the insulation should be reviewed. A $250 deposit is too much
This is a Heartbreak Hotel
****DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL**** My husband booked a room at this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival we both were excited because staying at the Whitney was a first for the both of us. The lobby was very beautiful, however when we got to our room and were preparing to rest for the evening, there was a brown disgusting stain on the sheets. We had to report it twice before someone came to change our linen. We immediately reported this to the manager on duty and he was very apologetic. He emailed us thanking us for staying at the hotel and apologized again. He offered to give us points, but 1 year later we have yet to see the points on our account. This is so heartbreaking as the Buckhead location was conveniently located to malls and shopping. Hopefully this matter was an isolated incident. For this hotel to be classified as a 'luxury' hotel, it fell short on so many levels. Book at your own risk.

Perfect place for Brunch
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was worth mentioning. Trade Root Restaurant & Bar provided the perfect setting for a relaxing lunch with friends. What really stood out was the service. Violina was attentive, professional, and had such a pleasant energy throughout our visit. Shonta, the Director of Outlets, also took the time to check on guests and ensure everyone was having a great experience. That level of hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed. The food was beautifully prepared, the cocktails were well balanced, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and inviting. Looking forward to coming back for another girls’ lunch soon!

Elegant and a really great experience
Five stars all around! My friends and I recently enjoyed lunch at Trade Root Restaurant & Bar and had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, but the shrimp on the salad was definitely the highlight for me. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The drinks were equally delicious! You have to try the fresh squeezed lemonade! Violina was an incredible server! She was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. Shonta, the Director of Outlets, was equally impressive and helped create an environment that felt warm and inviting. We look forward to returning soon.
