From the moment we arrived, the Southern hospitality was on full display, but the absolute highlight of our stay was the service. A massive, heartfelt shoutout goes to Shonta, the Director of Outlet. Shonta is an absolute rockstar and the heart of this property. Her exceptional leadership, warm presence, and incredible attention to detail elevated our entire experience. She went completely above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring every moment of our dining and lounge experience was flawless. Her passion for hospitality is inspiring, and she truly sets the gold standard for luxury service. We also received seamless, attentive care from Elena and Damon, who both went out of their way to look after us. Thanks to Shonta's incredible team, the culinary experience was a major highlight. Tsegaye, the mixologist, is a master of his craft—he makes the best cocktail with the freshest ingredients. Outstanding mixologist. The food was equally phenomenal; Chef Arman and Chef Chamel delivered top-level chef vibes with flawless presentation and fresh, memorable flavors on every single plate. Our room was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and incredibly spacious, and beautifully designed with a blend of classic elegance and modern comfort.We spent so much time at the amazingly clean indoor pool area. The Whitley perfectly balances 5-star luxury with a warm, welcoming vibe. Every detail was flawless, but it is Shonta and her amazing team that make this hotel truly special. We will absolutely be returning.

Felt robbed with valet
When I parked they told me it was one price and then changed it when I left. Unprofessional service from a hotel that’s suppose to be well run. I never want to go back - stay at Nobu or the St Regis for a better experience and more professional valet. This would never have happened there.

Awesome Hotel and Staff
This was my first stay at The Whitley, and it definitely won’t be the last. From the prime location and luxury accommodations, to great food and staff, my visit was phenomenal. Thank you Shonta for the amenity I ordered, and Tsegaye for the drink suggestion. I will be bringing my family back with me.

- • Complication pour trouver comment allumer les lampes de chevet. On entendait tout des chambres voisines. Vu le prix des chambres il faudrait revoir l’isolation. Caution de 250$ c’est beaucoup
