Jeni Made the Trip Better
While our stay was okay, Jeni made it a much better experience. Check in was quick. The room was clean. The parking situation is fine, just park at the lot across the street. The shower/tub was gross. The water would not drain so while I showered, I was standing in a dirty puddle. I showered at 12 am and there would have been no point to call maintenance. Even if they came, I would have had to wait for them and take ANOTHER shower. The next day, the day I check out, I spoke with Jeni. She was very understanding of the situation. She actually heard me out and related to my concerns. She helped to resolve the issue with the room and it was a seamless experience. My interaction with Jeni was the best part of my stay. She went out of her way to help us. She really embodies what hospitality means. I hope the Westin knows what an incredible and valuable person she is to the team.

We were able to have a relaxing stay.
We had no problems staying here even with a small child. As for the shower, the door is only half-enclosed, so be mindful of how you use it. We were on a high floor, so it was quiet and we could relax—the one thing I'd note is that it was almost too quiet, to the point where you could hear the sound of other rooms' entrance doors. Other than that, no issues at all!

We Love this Place
The staff is amazing, David Carlos and Monette at the bar were incredible. Very hospitable. Going the extra mile for everyone that walked in the bar and lounge!

Excellent service
David and Carlos at the lobby bar both provided excellent service! The service was quick, friendly, and the food was tasty. I ordered a Caesar salad and the bolognese pasta. Both were fantastic! If you’re short on time, or just want to stay in for the night, the Westin lobby bar is a great choice.

Dream Team!
We were in town for the half marathon and had the BEST time. Over at the bar, Chris chatted with us about Game of Thrones and ultra marathons, we watched as David went above and beyond taking care of guests at social hour, and Carlos was SO attentive- ready to jump in and take care of any need at a moment's notice. These guys are the dream team!

Best Hotel in San Diego
Great experience at this hotel. Rooms were clean, service was stellar and made you feel well taken care of. The bar and restaurant at night have to be the best part. David is extremely personable and knows how to make just about every cocktail under the sun! Even when busy he always kept a smile on his face as he talked to guests. Pool and Fitness Center are very nice as well located on the third floor. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way for us to enjoy our stay. Will be back soon.

Amazing hotel
This hotel is fabulous. First rate with lots of amenities. From the monogramed robe to magnifying makeup mirror to the luxurious bedding. When I arrived I found a yummy dessert and a Happy Birthday card in my room. Simply amazing. How many hotels do that!!

My Westin stay
While it was busy at the hotel things were still done at a reasonable time. The staff was very nice and flexible. And the valet was very good u had a gentleman named Isaiah bring my truck down for me multiple times he did it quickly and safely and always held the door for my family and I. It was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again

Nice Hotel in great spot
Right downtown next to Midway and ferry to Coronado. Clean hotel living up to Westin standards. Reasonable prices and great staff!
