Great service, meh on the room.
First off, Connie, a tall blonde woman, at my check-in time was amazing. Policies had changed leaving me on a sofa waiting for my husband to iron things out. She took her time, came over and explained the whole situation. It felt really good and genuine and caring. My husband travels a lot so we're infrequently at different hotels. She really made a difference. As for the room itself. It was fine. The fridge had leftover food from the last occupant. That was not appealing. The spout for the shower was askew. And some of the remodel felt very rushed. Also the room did not get as cold as it should have. All together though it was well enough.

Breakfast team shines, but reception needs improvement.
I think the accommodation was relatively good. I did have a few issues with the front desk, though. My company made changes to my reservation, and it seems these weren't communicated to the receptionists, or perhaps they simply didn't want to check the system, which resulted in me having to wait and contact my company. Everything was resolved once the company communicated with them, but I feel the staff could have handled it more easily. Given the nightly rate, I think breakfast could have been included. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the breakfast staff. They are very dedicated, attentive, and kind. Congratulations on the great work.

Weekend getaway
Excellent location with convenient airport shuttle..all staff were nice and helpful..the bar restaurant was nice for late night dining and drinks..happy hour could have been just a little longer…also the shower had only half a door so was hard to keep the floor dry…overall a nice place…would definitely stay again 🤙…thanks Westin

Fabulous Hotel, Except for the Lack of Housekeeping
We stayed here for our 50th anniversary. It's a lovely location, common attractions are walkable. The valet service was excellent. Room was clean, well equipped. Bed very comfortable. We were upgraded to a bay view, which was nice. We liked that we could watch Netflix on our account. Food we ate there was very good. However, our biggest issue was housekeeping, which was basically non-existent. I will not blame the housekeeping staff for this; I think the hotel is totally understaffed for housekeeping. The first day after we arrived, we got a knock on our door at 5:00 PM, asking if we needed anything. So we took the opportunity to load up on towels, water, and coffee. Sure enough, we never got a made bed, vacuumed floor, or cleaned bath area. By the time the knock on the door happened, we were too tired to complain about it, and just lived with it. But I think Westin management needs to address this issue seriously.

Quality service in a convenient location
The staff at this hotel is top-notch. They care, and it shows. Almost every interaction was warm and professional, with genuine smiles and great attention to detail. A couple of the facilities need to be updated or given a little attention to make them true Westin quality, but overall, an excellent hotel.

Thoughtfulness that makes you feel at home
We arrived at the Westin later in the evening and David and Carlos were so amazing to guide us through the best food beverages to getus well fed and rested for the rest of our weekend. We made sure to come back before our departure to see David because of his thoughtfulness and attentive hospitality!

David the bartender was amazing!!
Visited the bar and had the most amazing experience with the bartender David. He was so personable, kind, and created the most amazing, beautiful, and delicious drinks. He gave us a truly unique and personalized experience and we cannot wait to come back!

Excellent Restaurant & Bar
Outstanding service from the dining and bar staff. David, Carlos & Monette provided top notch service from breakfast through dinner. We had an excellent stay at this Westin and will return in the future.
