Private beach was nice and had a calm atmosphere. The morning buffet and the view and food at Breeze on the first floor were excellent. The room was also clean.

- • I thought it would be better if the kids' club had more facilities and activities. For example, I don't think coloring should count as an activity, and balloon art ended too quickly. However, it was appreciated that they did face painting for us on the last day even though it wasn't scheduled. Also, it was frustrating that there was a shortage of towels by the pool. They arranged to bring them to us, but it took 30 minutes and they still didn't arrive.

The staff is generally very nice. The food is good. The outdoor environment is pleasant.

- • The hotel is in a pitiful state, and I don't understand how it can be classified as 5*. It doesn't have any of the characteristics. No welcome upon arrival. We had to wait over 1.5 hours after the check-in time to get our rooms. The rooms are dark, the walls are dirty and dilapidated, the sheets are torn, and the bathrooms are not any better. The colors smell bad, and the carpets are disgusting. The pool towels are worn out, torn, and stained, and if they don't smell of moisture. It's honestly a shame for an establishment of this kind.
Great hotel
One of the most beautiful hotels in Langkawi, although it is old, it is clean and its garden is wonderful. The swimming pool is beautiful. We really enjoyed the atmosphere inside the hotel in the afternoon. We liked the food, the pool services, and the sea. It's a relaxing resort.

The staff was really lovely. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel is beautiful! Free animals like monkeys, iguanas, and squirrels

- • However, the beach is very clean but the sea is brown due to the bottom, no turquoise sea and beautiful fish. The center of Kuah is still far on foot, it's better with a car!

Clean. Staff. Facilities. Breathtaking views. Beachfront was amazing. Nice recreation center. Grab was coming quickly. 4 swimming pools.

- • Reception staff was very helpful and provided excellent service, except the check out experience which was a bit disappointing. I asked for a taxi but was told it would take more time than Grab. So I ordered Grab but was not able to order two. I asked concierge to order a Grab taxi for me and I will pay cash. He said he cannot. I asked the reception and same. It seems it is part of the hotel policy but it was frustrating. I mean you can help me to just order a Grab...I did it at another hotel in KL and I was not even a guest at the hotel. The receptionist immediately ordered the Grab and all went smoothly. But this should not undermine the excellent stay we had at the hotel.
