The golf course is one of the best courses I’ve ever been to. It’s a hidden gem and I think it needs more global marketing to get more people in. The staff were very kind and respectful. The golf coach Ahmed Nagy was fantastic and really helped me improve my game.

- • The water pressure in the shower was too low and the temperature is not good. It becomes cold and then extremely hot.

- • No extension to the laundry.. everytime you have to co tact the front desk to transfer you to the laundry and handling such calls is not upto standards. Everytime u need to move from ur room to the main building and the lobby especially when u have little kids you have to contact again the front desk to send you the golf cart.. they are not responsive if you r going there especially in the weekends. Check in although we arrive at 2:00 pm was at 3.30pm and this is with contnious follow ups and envolvement of front desk manager
