I would book this hotel again on my next visit to Düsseldorf...
The location is great, right next to the Kunsthalle and the Opera. The hotel's bar is also recommended...

- • Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the reception... I couldn't reach them by phone for hours...
The location is distinctive, in the middle between the old town and King Street... There is a car parking service, the building looks royal from the outside, and there is a cozy coffee session in front. The rooms consist of a bedroom and a small living room with a small kitchen and a dining table for two... The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is excellent and cool... There is a small balcony at the back with a view of the hotel's courtyard, the bathroom is clean and complete, with daily cleaning service and replacement of water, towels, and everything you need... Opposite the hotel, there are passages that take you to the old town, with restaurants open until late at night. Its downside is its lack of security, especially at night, as it is crowded with movement, but there are many homeless and drunk people. I did not face any harassment, just for your information.

- • The parking price is high, 50 euros per day, also a 100 euro insurance is taken per room daily... Meaning for a 5-day reservation, 500 euros per room, which is refunded a few days after check-out.
Very nice hotel in a perfect location in front of the gates of the old town. The Rhine riverbank and shopping streets are also nearby. Very spacious rooms with a small but well-equipped kitchenette. However, we did not need it.
