Not as good as expected from a 5-star hotel
Very nice view from the rooms (we got an upgrade on one of our 2 rooms which was nice). Good and varied breakfast. Very well located, close to everything. Clean and good size rooms with a huge and nice pool. Good car valet service from nice and very helpful staff.

- • Overall the experience was good, however the staff could be improved everywhere! It’s not the kind of staff we experienced in real 5 stars hotels. They’re too artificial, too slow… we waited half a day to get a fork in the room and each day in the morning and the afternoon more than 30 minutes to get towels in the pool. The restaurants are fancy, well decorated but the food is not good at all, not what we expect from a 5-star hotel with 4 different Chiefs from whom one has a Michelin star. My wife got food poisoned the last day after eating a couscous at Mima Kitchen. The Breakfast was variated so you can find an option every day even if it’s always the same food served… after 7 days, you do not feel anymore enthusiastic to have it! Last, even if it’s a 5-stars hotel, I found the food and beverage prices a bit exaggerated.

- • You have to leave a deposit of 1000 dirhams per night, equivalent to 100€. The pool consumption is a bit expensive

- • Front desk staff not helpful or accommodating to anything. Should not be considered a 5 star hotel with that level of service and attitude.
