- • The only thing I would have to rate poorly was the room service. I ordered the burger and the beef pattie was very hard so I took 2 bites and left it. The chips I can understand that they wouldn’t be hot when they arrived but they weren’t warm either. That was the only thing that missed the mark. Having said that I’d stay at the Tasman on my next trip down to Tassie.
