The whirlpool tub in the room was leaking. And even after repair it leaked again. Had maintenance people come in 2x.

- • First the location and the white sandy beach and the super clean clear turquoise green sea. We found the many activities very interesting. Directly on the hotel beach to the left, you can find many colorful fish, even several small sharks. You can swim to the turtles with a life jacket for about 10 minutes and the turtles will already be circling around you. The transport from Terengganu Airport to the Jetty Harbor and from there by boat to the hotel went smoothly. The hotel's boat is recommended, a safe boat, the staff very friendly and professional, transferred all luggage from the bus to the boat, we didn't have to do anything. In the hotel complex, we had Nadja, who took care of us professionally for 4 days. Then there were 2 ladies who entertained us in the afternoon with their great gentle voices and live music on the beach. The service staff in the restaurant was also very friendly. The food at the beach bar with great homemade pizza dough was very good. There are 4 billiard tables, table tennis, tennis court, free kayak for 2 hours, yoga class, great gym, trampoline. The food at the Italian restaurant was very good. Otherwise, the breakfast was average. We were not there for the food. There are renovated rooms, we had an older room with a forest view. The cleanliness in the room was good, the shower was also okay, but not top, however, acceptable. We are not fussy, it may bother some other people if the shower wall shows limescale, it didn't bother us. We were only in the room to sleep. The many other experience factors in the hotel complex outweigh the small disadvantages described in the reviews.

Overall an unforgettable vacation with minor limitations
Great location and dreamy beach with bright white and fine sand and turquoise-blue water. Delicious rich breakfast. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable bed.

- • 1. Getting old (room, equipment, beach chairs). Therefore, 25% too expensive. 2. Very bad for us from 11:00 until late at night loud music at the bar, so that there is no place on the beach where you don't hear the bass non-stop. This idyll is massively disturbed by this. We travel so far to listen to the sound of the sea, animals, and birds and only had 'wumm wumm wumm' in our ears. Very unfortunate! Hopefully, booking.com will have a filter = 'no music'. 3. With the 'hand-holding,' the resort is also very quick to charge for every little thing!
