Commendable Character of the Staff at St Regis

I had a really good experience during my stay at St Regis this month. The staff have been very accommodating and warm, they take the effort to get to know you and your routines, truly embodying the St Regis belief that routine is a part of the luxury experience. I have experienced this with multiple staff members whom over the course of my stay have made me feel truly welcomed—namely, Ramesh, Darwisy, Nabillah, Rajah, Shawn and Karina. There are a number of other staff members whom I might be missing but I can honestly say, the staff are wonderful to be around.

Room newly renovated, super grand vibe

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The care of us by the entire staff was amazing. Kamal Hossen in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Turned out the be the best breakfast experience we have had

Wonderful traditional hotel, great concierge

The St Regis is a fabulous hotel with butler service and a wonderful concierge (Ramesh, who looked after us from the moment we arrived until we picked up our bags from secure storage ready for our late-night transfer). 10/10 and the beautiful spa is a great place to be on a humid sticky Singapore day while you’re waiting for a flight.

Amazing Stay at St Regis Singapore, Excellent service by Gobi!

It was an amazing stay at the St Regis Singapore, particularly because of the thoughtful staff! Gobi was very helpful with my stay in Singapore, offering personal advice on his favorite places to eat and play. I enjoyed my trip because of staff like him, and will be back for more of this hospitality!

Relaxing Staycation

My sister and I did a staycation at St Regis at Tanglin Road. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. We had an Art Tour of the hotel with Butler Elfy. He was a knowledgeable guide with the art pieces and sculpture in the hotel. Elfy was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent service

We enjoyed a wonderful staycation at St.Regis. The service was impeccable and the hospitality extended by Mr.Jatin, Mr.Mahendran, Mr.Ramesh and Mr.Gan made us feel so welcomed and at home. We will definitely come back and kudos again to these gentlemen for making our stay such a memorable one!

St Regis, the Industry Standard for Service and Hospitality

Nestled in a nice cozy corner of Orchard (Tanglin) sits a melting pot of impeccable service culture and distinguished hospitality! Everyone here is dedicated to serve and I find this most impressive. Nowadays I opt for staycations as it is convenient and fuss free. My first impression of St Regis was simply beyond words. Porter Mr Vishnu welcomed my family at the main entrance. We felt so honored by the warm reception. Check in process was smooth as handled by Ms. Chloe. My room was also ready! I am so grateful for the early check in! My stay at the House of Astor was splendid thanks to my excellent butler. The staff at the Sophia, Ms. Fatima, Mr. Kamal (Senior Sous Chef) and Mr. Darwisy have been so accommodating so much so that it feels criminal not to commend them on their professional service and high standard of hospitality. Porter, Mr. Mahendran attended to my departure on my last day of stay. I felt so blessed and happy having been cared for by a wonderful team of dedicated professionals and champions of hospitality at St Regis. Please relay to them my gratitude.
