I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was varied and delicious with options to suit everyone. The location is excellent and close to important places, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and it was a wonderful experience overall.

- • I did not face any significant problems, everything was organized and went smoothly. I just wish to add some new items to the breakfast buffet for more variety, but overall the experience was excellent.

She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and her kindness and dedication made my visit truly memorable. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection and outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, especially Rasha, whose hospitality and genuine care made each morning a pleasure. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experiences we have had in all our travels worldwide.
Most employees demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and professionalism, taking a genuine interest in our comfort and consistently going beyond their expected duties to assist us. They made a concerted effort to remember our names and were mindful of our individual preferences.

- • It is not attributable to the fault of the hotel; however, it appears that all the facilities we visited in Egypt did not provide adequately secured designated smoking areas. As a result, we were still exposed to secondary smoke, even while occupying non-smoking sections.
The hotel is faultless in terms of cleanliness, respect of reception staff, its proximity to everything, and the breakfast is good.

- • The shower was bad in terms of water leaking out and damaging the rest of the bathroom.
A hotel more wonderful than wonderful, a big thank you to all the hotel staff, management, and those in charge. I am pleased and happy to visit it in the future.
