- • We are unable to check in until 2 hours later. Lower level suite is allocated to us. At breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes to get our coffee and food. The waitress who served us did not care about our complaint. She said she is too busy. Very bad customer service. Rooftop bar is open to outsiders, guests have no priority. I am not going back next time

Great location in Shanghai and top quality facilities. Highly recommended hotel.
Very good breakfast indeed. The selection of local and western food was extensive. Was well worth waking up in time for breakfast! The service was attentive and courteous.
