- • I thought the wooden decor in the toilet scary, and crossing the road to get to the opposite site of the hotel, slightly challenging

Everything was exceptional in every sense of the word. The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, and the interior design is exquisite and gives a sense of luxury and privacy from the first moment. What we liked the most was the attention to detail, the tranquility, the cleanliness, the quality of service, and the smiles of the staff and their genuine concern for our comfort. Our stay was part of our honeymoon, and The RuMa made the experience much more beautiful than we expected. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is very romantic and elegant, and the location is excellent and close to the most important places in Kuala Lumpur. We thank all the team members for their hospitality and the care we felt throughout our stay. Honestly, one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in, and we will be very happy to return again. ❤️

- • Honestly, it's very hard to find something we didn't like. Our stay was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptional, and everything was at our expectations or better. We just wish the stay was longer because we didn't want to leave. ❤️
