Great rooms, perfect location and the front desk staff are one of the reasons I return to the hotel.
Great front desk staff - all very welcoming and professional. I don’t know all their names - Miguel was outstanding.

- • The distinct difference between the breakfast room/Terrace staff and the front desk staff. I doubt I’d eat breakfast there again. My breakfast guest wasn’t made to feel welcome either. Thanks for removing the breakfasts from the bill though.
The room was extremely comfortable and quiet, very clean. Dinner at the showroom was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. Checking in and out was a very easy process.

Exceptional service as well as amenities. A rare gem
Exceptional meals as well as very delicious cocktails. Very quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle. The way service used to be everywhere.
