Everything!! From fabulous staff to a great location!! We were upgraded on arrival to a deluxe room facing the park, which was lovely and peaceful. The room was of a high standard, was generously sized and exceptionally clean. Kim on reception was attentive, professional and very helpful, along with other members of staff. We will definitely be returning to Roseate Villa!!

For the perfect location and perfect hotel. Stay at The Roseate Villa Bath
Beautifully presented. Looked amazing. Great location just a short walk from the main town centre and baths. Extra mention to ALL the staff. Without exception, every single staff member were so polite and keen to please and ensure your stay was perfect. And it was! I have multiple dietary needs. Every single one catered for. Staff took it very seriously. It seemed that within minutes of arriving, everyone knew our names and understood needs. I made a special request for some flowers to be placed on the restraint table for evening meal. Done! I needed a bag for wet bathing wear as I’d forgotten mine. Done! No charge, no drama. No fuss. Everything you could ever want for a peaceful and relaxing night away. Highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again.

The property is conveniently located very close to town. The rooms are fabulous and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff (receptionist and manager) are the kindest and most attentive I have ever met in hospitality.
