- • Going through extensive renovations. No real lobby to relax. Lift doesn’t work I got stuck in there. Staff didn’t care. Not the hospitality expected for the ritz. They are changing high prices and not delivering quality product. Should shut down for renovation. None of the orginal restaurants or bars are open. Everything is squashed into a small footprint. Entering the hotel is chaotic with delivery vans out the front. Not 5 star. Hotel manager doesn’t care. They should be upfront about the state of the hotel instead of not telling guests

Staff are friendly and helpful. Guestroom is luxury, cozy and comfortable.

- • Hotel is under renovation (facade) and it definitely affects the enjoyment. Dust from construction works affects guests waiting at zebra crossing outside hotel.
