- • This is one of the worst experiences in a 5 star hotel, including other 5 star Marriott hotels I have stayed in. When we checked into the room we booked, it was dirty (walls, bed, curtains) and had outdated furniture and carpet. We went to the reception, they apologized and gave us a ~150 EUR discount on drinks and food and a slightly better room. Unfortunately, although the room was clean, it also had outdated and worn out furniture. If it wasn't for the staff who were really helpful and nice for such a price/quality ratio, I would have given it a 1 point. The hotel rooms are definitely not 5 star, but at most 3 star, and you really can't expect that from The Ritz-Carlton.

The most wonderful stay
What an amazing hotel right next to Stadtpark and the Konzerthaus. The room is luxurious in a very understated way with high ceilings and nice furnishings. The bed is extremely comfortable with crisp linen. The coffee machine is much appreciated. The bathroom is spacious with wonderful Diptyque products. The best part of this hotel is the staff - they are well-trained, courteous and extremely professional, led by the GM Ned, who was visibly present on the floor, which I'm sure makes a world of difference in hospitality. We were checked in by Katerina who was fantastic in anticipating our needs and made our stay all the more special. Thanks for an amazing stay!

- • Furniture is very very old the sheets, the blanket, the pillows the carpet the furniture. The whole thing is very very old and the price is extremely high comparing of their what you are gonna take the TV system is old coffee machine did not work well the AC is terrible with this hot weather. Many many things that this hotel does not deserve a five star from my side honestly from my side, giving two star hotel with this name. Other thing they did not inform the hotel that they already deduct the money from my credit card and hotel deduct money from my credit card from my state without knowing that already Booking.com has taken my money
The staff was friendly and hospitable, assisting with outside reservations and other requests.
