We enjoyed our stay! Hotel and the view is beautiful, food is delicious, beds are comfy. I’d like to specifically thank guest manager Yana and concierge Tristan for helping with every request we had, going an extra mile and making us feel very welcome and very well looked after. Thank you!

Beautiful room, free upgrade to river view, friendly staff and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. The staff couldn't do enough to help us celebrate my stepdaughter's 30th birthday

- • There was an early flight, so we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The staff couldn't do an early check-in. We had to wait until 15:00

- • It's been a month and a half since staying at the hotel, and the deposit made by the hotel still hasn't been returned. No response to inquiries. They ruined the whole impression with their negligence.
