- • The hotel is under renovation and they do not indicate it at the time of booking. They are operating with provisional spaces. It does not have the ambiance of a Ritz Carlton. During the night, work, cleaning, and furniture movement continue, which unfortunately happened in the space above my room.
The facilities were okay, the gym was quite complete, with complimentary water/gatorade and towels. The machines were just enough but good.

- • Unfortunately, the lobby was under reconstruction so the entrance was not very comfortable, crowded with little space. The wifi was working okay.
Automatic tipping for bad service
Staff ranged from disinterested to rude. Breakfast buffet is poor - the egg station is good though. Bar service is non-existent and to make it worse we were charged for another room's drinks. Tips are added to everything you do - it doesn't appear on your bill to sign for - it is taken from your credit card automatically! Room is only okay, nothing like the RCs I have stayed in elsewhere. Overall, a great disappointment.
