A unique stay, a former Philly bank, I recommend it!
It's located in an old Bank Building. I had never been there before, it's a very open reception, lobby, bar, and restaurant. But the food was absolutely amazing!!

Terrible..
Our car broke down, we got stuck on the road, stayed in the car, couldn't go.. They still charged the full amount.. No one to talk to.. Booking didn't help either..

Not at the Ritz level
I stayed with my daughter during her college tour given the location and good prior experience with the Ritz hotels. But not this one, it’s not really at the Ritz level. Dated overall; including the lobby, the elevators and rooms. Pretty much at the same level with the JW in NYC. It has a nice bar area with a good vibe and service; was entertaining with many dodgers fans around. Check in was rough; they insisted on 4 pm check in, which is OK, but I didn’t understand why the reception person thought it was fine to tell me the room was not ready at 4:30! That’s unacceptable and unnecessary. Funny that he apologized and offered the keys once I raised my tone. I didn’t give the rating because of the poor check in experience; but that’s really what this hotel is.
