The whole hotel was beautiful with paintings, plenty of different areas to sit and relax, furniture in main reception were in keeping with the later century the courtyard was wonderful for coffee and relax. bedrooms were modern with french influence

Dear Ritz-Carlton New Orleans Team, My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful New Orleans property in June, and I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay was truly five-star. What stood out most was the attention to detail. The rooms were impeccably clean, and each day we returned to find everything thoughtfully organized and refreshed. After spending our days exploring the incredible city of New Orleans, it was such a luxury to come back to a room that felt welcoming, pristine, and cared for. The Club Lounge was another highlight of our stay. The food, beverages, and service were outstanding, but what made the experience truly memorable was the warmth of the staff. We looked forward to our daily visits, enjoyed meeting fellow guests, and genuinely appreciated the conversations and connections we made with your team members. The bar experience was equally remarkable. From the harp music during the day to the fantastic jazz performances in the evening, the atmosphere perfectly captured the spirit of New Orleans. Most importantly, the service was extraordinary. Brittany, Byron, and Erica provided some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to make guests feel welcome were evident in every interaction. One moment, in particular, perfectly exemplifies the level of service your team delivers. One morning, I asked a hostess what time the beignet cart would be in the lobby and was told it would be available at 10:00 a.m. When we arrived at that time, we were disappointed to learn that we had actually missed it because the service had ended. Later, while enjoying what we can confidently say was the best Bloody Mary in New Orleans, we mentioned our disappointment to Brittany. Without hesitation, she arranged for a complimentary order of beignets with caramel, chocolate, and vanilla dipping sauces. She absolutely did not have to do that. It was such a small gesture, yet it left an enormous impression on us. It wasn't about the beignets; it was about the kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care she showed. That interaction perfectly reflects what makes The Ritz-Carlton so special. Your team consistently goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for your guests. This was our third stay at your New Orleans property, and it certainly will not be our last. We have already recommended your hotel to friends and family and will continue to do so enthusiastically.
