Ein unvergessliches Wochenende
I highly commend the housekeeping staff for making our stay truly memorable. We deeply appreciated the special decorations for our anniversary and the kind gift left for us. The towel swans and the heart made of rose petals on the bed were beautifully done and over the top! Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the fitness facility. The gym layout features three distinct rooms to choose from—a stationary bike room, a treadmill room, and a free weights area—which allowed me to get in some great workouts during my stay. Area for Improvement: Elevator Courtesy One notable concern I had during our stay was the lack of courtesy from the porters and handymen regarding elevator etiquette. On multiple occasions, as soon as the elevator doors opened, a staff member would try to rush in before letting guests exit. There is no need for such a rush; I sincerely hope the property can remind the team to always let guests step out of the elevator completely before attempting to board.

Staying at the highest level
It was one of the best hotel stays ever. This is how we imagine a stay. We would always book the hotel again and can recommend it without any reservation. It actually requires no words, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff must be mentioned here.

Loved everything Check in staff 100/10 Beds super comfy. I slept like a baby. I received a mini box of very decadent chocolates too for my birthday which was a lovely touch

- • I travel a lot and stay in great hotels worldwide. I refuse to pay for wifi. It should've been complimentary. I used my Hotspot for my devices
Lovely hotel, great doorman
First, I want to say that RICO, the doorman, is fantastic! He is so welcoming, friendly and a wealth of New Orleans knowledge. That man is a gift. The hotel has some great charm and service overall, but could use some newer rugs and furniture as they looked old vs charming.

The site is an exceptional property. The staff aims to please visitors. Lady Cora has personality plus that extends to the property's staff. In addition, the ambiance is top notch.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly and extremely helpful team members
My wife and I just returned from New Orleans and The Roosevelt Hotel made it a great experience. Everyone from Tyra at the front desk to Jake in the Fountain Restaurant were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and as others have said the rooms are spacious. A wonderful hotel stay.
