- • TV did not have YouTube or cable TV which may be helpful when you have children during your stay.
Still waiting on security deposit
The staff were amazing and so pleasant and helpful. We had a club room which my wife and I loved.

- • We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned after 9 days. (Security deposit was 1800 MYR, the club room we booked was only 1520 MYR for the night) We sent messages via Booking.com and no replies at all. Sent 3 emails and finally got an email back today, saying it can take up to 14 days, they said they processed it and just to wait. Really that's not good enough, especially when the deposit is more than the price of the room.
This is one of the best hotels I have seen, top service, the butler is just great, they remember your name when you enter and leave the hotel, they greet you by name, it was very nice, the rooms are very beautiful, large, clean, everything is there, we had a family suite.
