Great Hotel near Biscayne Bay
This is an excellent hotel with great customer service. The Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Christina and Raiza. Steve and Mikael were also great as porters and bellmen. Very clean rooms, nice lobby, free coffee in the morning, and very close to Biscayne Bay and nice parks. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent hotel and staff
I had an excellent experience at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove in Miami. Clean comfortable rooms and the front desk and staff employees were very friendly and helpful. Christina and Raiza at the Front Desk, and Steve and Mikhael the porters/bellman were all great. The free morning coffee was excellent, and the location near Biscayne Bay is great.

Absolutely everything! The property was clean, luxurious, secure, and in a wonderful area! I was very impressed by all of the staff and help hospitable, caring and accommodating.

Outstanding hotel
This is my first time using Ritz Carlton Coconut grove, "I had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the incredible team at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and offered a warm smile. Daliana and Vedant were helpful with check-in, making us feel home , Daliana and Vedant service was the real highlight. Exceptional service! The front desk Daliana highly professional and efficient, Ritz cocunt grove An absolute oasis! From the moment we arrived, the valet and front desk staff made us feel like royalty. The room was immaculate and boasted stunning views of the city, The concierge Marjoire went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we also enjoyed the outstanding service at the pool , overall Outstanding experience. Impeccable service, stylish, I will definitely be back

Amazing and friendly staff!
I travel frequently for work and stay in a wide range of hotels, so exceptional customer service truly stands out to me. There have been times I’ve chosen not to return to a property based solely on a poor service experience. Christina Strong, who checked me in, was outstanding. I’ve rarely encountered someone as genuinely kind, attentive and professional. When my room wasn’t ready, she personally walked me to the pool and later came back to deliver my room keys - such a thoughtful touch that made a lasting impression. I wish every check-in experience was like this. The pool staff were equally wonderful —friendly, attentive and welcoming. While the hotel itself could benefit from a bit of a refresh, the team more than makes up for it. I would absolutely return because of the people, who truly make this place shine.
